David Bychkov - Chairman, President and CEO
David Bychkov is the architect of Exmovere Holdings' product and management strategies. His singular objective is to extract as much value as possible from the Company's core intellectual properties and biomedical engineering competencies for the Company's shareholders. His management team's immediate tasks are: to compete for hundreds of millions of annual government R and D dollars, to produce and deliver wireless and embedded biosensor products for healthcare, security and mobility to government and commercial customers, and to acquire synergistic, profitable companies.
A native of New York, David is currently ABD in the Philosophy of Neuroscience at the European Graduate School (EGS) in Saas Fee, Switzerland. In 2005, David completed his Master's Degree at EGS and has since been honored to study under Professors Wolfgang Schirmacher, Sandy Stone and Siegfried Zielinski. Like his grandfather, the Russian psychophysiologist Dr. May Bychkov, David is a disciple and student of Karl Pribram's holographic model of the brain. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Chicago. It was at Chicago where he studied under Yuri Tsivian and Tom Gunning, and received research funding to uncover the linked histories of neuropsychology and cinema. David Bychkov went on to serve as Professor of Holographic Cinema and Director of the Laboratory of Psychophysiology at Universita' dell' Immagine in Milan, Italy from 1999-2006. It was at Universita' dell' Immagine that David, Fabrizio Ferri and fellow scientist Dr. William Giroldini first deployed emotion detection algorithms in the fields of market research, skin products testing and flight simulation.
Bob Kinssies – Director
Bob Kinssies began his career with Microsoft in 1986 and had the unique opportunity of being involved from the ground floor throughout their explosive growth. He was fortunate to have directed some of their most significant supply chain projects ever. During his 22 year tenure, in multiple senior management roles, Bob served as an expert developing world class businesses and turnkey solutions. He managed a team of over 500 people and numerous partners, who brought retail products from order to fulfillment.
Mr. Kinssies has been recognized for strategic planning and execution, global sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor development, and continuous improvement programs which produced billions of dollars in revenue, savings, and profits. He was ranked 72nd in seniority out of a staff of nearly 150,000, when he retired in 2008. In 2008, Bob founded Innovative Solutions Consultants where he proactively engages clients to achieve best-in-class results. Customized solutions are collaboratively designed to unlock each organization's hidden potential, allowing for maximum results. ISCI's efforts help clients streamline processes, increase revenue and improve profitability. Bob was approached to join a startup green energy firm, Energy Solutions Worldwide in 2010. As COO there, he provides strategic guidance to the organization, its partners and independent contractors, ensuring alignment to Company goals, while delivering operational and fiscal results.
As a member of Exmovere's Board of Directors, Bob will be helping to focus the Company on getting its products to market and making strategic relationships with other industry players.
Robert Doornick – Director
Robert is President and Founder of International Robotics Inc., and the Techno-Marketing Alliance. In addition to his work as an inventor of robots, he is also known for developing original marketing strategies. It was Doornick's Keynote Address at a World Conference for the shopping center industry which triggered such intense interest in Techno-Marketing. He has also lectured at The U.S. Space Foundation, New York University School of Business, Fordham University, the International Conference for the Exhibit Industry, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the International Meeting Planners Association, as well as conducting numerous seminars for Fortune 500 Companies. As a Director of Exmovere Holdings Inc., Robert's role is to help the Company focus on its core products: the wristwatch, the turnstile and the Chariot.
Joseph Batty - Director, Board Secretary and Comptroller
Joe Batty has helped shepherd Exmovere's process of going public. He currently handles Exmovere Holdings' accounting and interfaces with the Company's auditor for SEC filings. During his 30-year career as a Chartered Accountant, Joe has served a variety of organizations in both the private and public sectors. He has held several directorships and management positions, including a 3-year tenure as CEO of a high tech company specializing in computer-controlled lighting systems. During his tenure as VP of Finance at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Joe's interest and involvement in new products and technologies led to his spearheading a technology transfer liaison program between NAIT professional staff and industry. Two decades hence, new products and technologies are continuing to be commercialized and the Liaison Program is a vital source of innovation for Canadian high tech companies.
Jeong-Hwan Kim - Vice President of Technology and Product Development
Jeong-Hwan has expertise in sensor technology and biological signal detection. Mr. Kim plays a critical role in EHI’s products' circuit design, with a focus on area analog/digital signal processing as well as certification/compliance for Exmovere products. Jeong-Hwan has significant experience in the fields of human factors/ergonomics, human sensibility engineering and biomedical engineering. He has worked at the Korean Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), the Korea Highway Corporation (KHC), the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) and has experience in performing clinical product demonstrations in China, the US and South Korea.
Since 2006, Jeong-Hwan has been CEO of LifeScience Technology Co., Ltd (LST). LST is the exclusive representative of Exmovere Holdings' products in South Korea. LST is also Exmovere's chief biomedical and electrical engineering partner for international development of the Telepath and Empath product lines. Exmovere and LST will be announcing new products under development together over the next 3 years.
Sarah Park - Industrial Designer
Born and raised in Columbus, OH, Sarah grew up a Buckeye and received her Bachelors of Science from The Ohio State University. While a student at OSU, she studied product design overseas in Seoul, Korea at Kyongii University where she also interned at LG Electronics and Hyundai Techno Design Institute. In Korea, Sarah was influenced by the technology-driven and fashion-forward environment which helped her to develop her own unique aesthetic style.
While in school, Sarah was one of three students chosen for the IDSA Student Merit Award and went on to represent OSU at the Mideast IDSA Conference in 2008. She also served as Vice President of her OSU IDSA Student Chapter and was an active member of her school's club, Design Circle, which planned events and meetings for design students.
Since her graduation, Sarah has worked in both corporate and consultancy environments which gives her a unique outlook on the design process. Skilled in both concept development and solid modeling she has consistently proven herself a strong contemporary designer amongst her peers. Her skills of finding an innovative product stems from her ability to question and push for a solution that addresses the design problem in a more holistic manner.
Sarah's focus on alternative transportation, which addresses environmental issues, has brought her to join Exmovere's talented team to further develop such projects and to allow her to grow as a young designer.
Dr. William Giroldini - Chief Psychophysiologist
William has been a co-developer of Exmovere's core technologies since 2001, when he became a researcher at the Laboratory of Psychophysiology at Universita' dell' Immagine in Milan, Italy. An expert in EEG/EKG/GSR analysis, William has been creating biofeedback systems for hospitals and academic institutions for almost 20 years. He has published several articles on mind-brain interaction, computerized psychophysiology instruments and synchronicity. William received his doctorate in chemistry in 1977 at Universita' di Parma. Over the next two decades he worked as a chemical researcher for several industrial firms. In 1990, William entered the field of psychophysiology, at first collaborating with Nitamo Montecucco to create EEG machines.
Stephanie Andrews - Program Coordinator, Exmovere University
Stephanie Andrews received her B.A. in Psychology and English from the University of Delaware. Shortly after graduation, she began her professional career as a Project Coordinator for Clinical and Research Programs at the University of Illinois. She provided editing support for grant and research publications and worked on MRI scans of those with Traumatic Brain Injury. She also learned to administer neuropsychological tests and has a strong knowledge of HIPAA and IRB regulations.
She has a wide range of experience, including over six years of experience with HIV/AIDS awareness, implementing the Amber Alert in Delaware and Maryland, and even SEO keyword creation. She has also had various training in forensic analysis and DNA evidence, emergency medical response procedures, and other matters of public health.
Stephanie's focus on Neurology and Psychology, particularly within the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder population, has led her to work with Exmovere, where she can further utilize her talents and knowledge to create future successes within the psychological and research communities.
